Most Star Wars alien languages are just random lesser known foreign languages. Huttese is Quechua, Nien Nunb is a Kenyan guy, Ewokese is just a mashup of Tibetan and some random Native American language.
Makes sense, those languages all sound very foreign and unrecognizable to most Americans, easier to just borrow from preexisting languages than trying to make one up
