pure speculation here: seems like saiyans are born extremely violent and feral, which isn't to say they're emotional: just destructive.
being half human probably allows a saiyan to feel the full range of emotions, rather than just anger.
Pretty much every human baby would act like that if it was as powerful as Goku.

for the most part, babies need some sort of emotional spectrum to survive. they die without being held. they're also too weak to survive on their own.
given a saiyans natural strength, they don't need much support
Vegeta cried when he realized he couldn’t beat Frieza. We never see Goku cry in dbz though, even when Krillin dies and Goku is way more in touch with his emotions due to growing up as a human on earth
Yeah but gohan is cringe now, you can't just undo decades of cringe material with him, maybe if you went back in time and made him continue being a badass after killing cell but throughout the whole buu saga and later he was written like a cringe weak beta
How strong someone is in dragonball has always been pretty much a lottery. Look at Broly and Frieza for example, both of whom were way stronger than their parents for no discernable reason.
Since Saiyans care only about fighting and being stronger, you’d think they would’ve weeded out dumb hotheads like Nappa through generations. Even a tactical fighter like Vegeta still allows himself to get humiliated in fights due to being a wienery little shit
Full Saiyan's don't live anything but conquest and fighting, so they never feel the extreme levels of loss that leads to the rage that pushes Gohan since he was a kid.
Nothing is ever explained in dbz, it always degenerates into homosexuals arguing over literal fantasy numbers on YouTube (which is even funnier since the entire message of the first two arcs was that numbers are for jobbers)
>which is even funnier since the entire message of the first two arcs was that numbers are for jobbers
Everyone with the bigger number always won though.
unironically power of love, basically sayians were not very sensitive, which is why it was easier for goku to obtain the form before vegeta and how easy it got for half sayians and why it's so easy for sayians in super from another universe.
I don't think they are necessarily. DBZ seems to operate by stronger parent at conception = stronger child at birth. Also the "Frieza army" way of powering up where they can't sense power levels or hide their own seems like it makes fast gains but plateaus quickly whereas the training Goku and friends learn on Earth has much much higher potential.
Goku wasn't really naturally gifted, only if you're comparing him to humans maybe. He just trained a lot in all kinds of ways with all kinds of people.
Saiyan/Human halfbreeds have the power of Saiyans and the emotion of humans, and the higher your emotions are the stronger you get.
this, their whole strength is based around emotion and getting stronger after defeat.
Always found it funny that Saiyans are supposed to have no emotions yet Vegeta and Broly are the most emotional bi-polar characters in the show
>Saiyans are supposed to have no emotions
This is never shown or even implied anywhere.
I thought they weren’t allowed to be anything other than aggressive, that’s why Goku was a piece of shit until he hit his head in dragonball?
Maybe I’m confused

They have emotions, but has any full blood Saiyan ever cried in the series? I remember Gohan and Trunks crying many times
Vegeta has cried a few times, Goku has too I think
Goku and Vegeta both cry a lot.
Vegeta cried when he realized he couldn’t beat Frieza. We never see Goku cry in dbz though, even when Krillin dies and Goku is way more in touch with his emotions due to growing up as a human on earth
That was more like a kid crying after being humiliated in a match of Fifa.
broli was a little weiner
It's more that they're genuinely autistic.
If a species gets stronger when they're emotional they will be selected for being emotional.
Intelligence gets you up in the food chain yet all animals except humans are still dumb
The Sayains didn't know that emotion was what triggered the SS transformation. It's barely two generations in for selection to take place
pandering to latinos
Did they ever explain Cinemaphile isn't Cinemaphile?
it’s like real life, there’s a reason America is the world superpower
I would ask your relative if I were you Paco.
idk watch a yt essay
Hybrid vigor
that only applies to crops, you fell for the israeli propaganda
No because after that everything went back to goku wank
It would have been funny if Saiyan women were incredibly weak and fragile and the reason Gohan is so OP is because Chi Chi is so strong.
Broly is pure blooded and he's the strongest.
Broly is literally an autistic child his muscles mean nothing
Every saiyan is an autistic child.
I hate that super retconned this, I really liked autistic moron strength broly
Saiyans are highly inbred, so human genes solve this problem.
They are not stronger they just level up earlier. Goku and Vegeta are still the strongest.
Gohan is the strongest now.
Gohan is boring and will be surpassed yet again
because they have like 40 years headstart. Gohan is up with them now.

tru, i hate how toriyama just gave up on him.
and gohan blanco looks like shit.

Why arent there any Black person saiyans?
Since Saiyans care only about fighting and being stronger, you’d think they would’ve weeded out dumb hotheads like Nappa through generations. Even a tactical fighter like Vegeta still allows himself to get humiliated in fights due to being a wienery little shit
Nappa was 4 times stronger than the average saiyan.
They aren't. Nothing in the series ever supports this because Goku and Vegeta will always be the strongest.
They're only the strongest when they fuse.
Pure blooded saiyan hair canonically does not grow after birth. But the hair of human hybrids grows throughout their life like a normal human.
Full Saiyan's don't live anything but conquest and fighting, so they never feel the extreme levels of loss that leads to the rage that pushes Gohan since he was a kid.

Don't think that's the case, Goku was just naturally gifted and it passed to his sons
