Rimshot appears in 2 films, Ernest Goes to Jail and Ernest Scared Stupid. Coincidentally, they are far and away the best of the Ernest series. Rimshot does not die in Scared Stupid, he is brought back to life and reunited with Ernest, and the parents look more happy for Rimshot than any of their own children being alive, whom they barely seem to care about.
