Vaush has to be the most insufferable personality on the internet, period.
I'd rather watch 5 hours of Mauler talking about the Disney prequels than hear 20 minutes of
    >degree in sociology = smart
Vaush's absolutely moronic sociological takes on current happenings.
I know someone who graduated from university doing graphics design and he still doesn't even understand the concept of North, East, West, South. He just says Up, Down Left, Right for call outs and refuses to understand directions for the sake of everyone else.
    >Graduating from university does not automatically mean you're a smart person

I watched What is a Woman? last night and laughed seeing the massive disparity in views between pro-stuff to do with that movie and Vaush CONSERVATIVE DON'T UNDERSTAND GENDER video.

Otherwise I only know stuff about him second hand like how Razor/Styx said he should have been ignored and got what he wanted by challenging everyone to debates and being given a platform to spread his brand even when he losts those debates

The Vaush vid? Didn't watch, I still don't know what his voice sounded like.

If you mean What is a Woman? then yes. The presentation is a bit cringe in a American kitschy way that rubs a Britbonggay like the wrong way but still worth seeing the insane buttholes that Walsh has to interview.

That Penn University swim girl they interviewed with the modulated voice and obscured face, I could make out her fricking features on the close up including the eyes. Can't the Penn University people work out who she is and then ruin her life? Like shit, when watching that my immediate reaction was that Walsh and co. may have done a shitty job of protecting her identity.

Vaush has said on multiple occasions that his favorite book is 1984 specifically because it is a hand guide on how to control populations.

trump was a pretty moderate president, policy wise. I mean, Biden set up a fricking ministry of truth. I don't hear any of the "anti fascist" crowd complaining about that.

Yes. and the book is a deep dive in to his fears of what his own ideology can lead to if ppl are not vigilant int he face of evil. It's hard to tell if he was full on blackpilled or an optimist who simply wished to offer a warning to the future. But at least on some level, he understood humans are inherently evil.

Its really weird how commies think. I think its interesting to study but and I like trying to see different views so I can research and learn but frankly it's like you have to become a schizo to even begin to truly understand them. They think they will be some kind of leader in a new government despite not only shilling for the biggest corps who are against individuals in the world, but the fact that every single revolution that ever happened people like him are killed because they are so easily manipulated yet held influence so they can't be trusted.

Because they have no principles. Although some actually did believe Trump was one (despite them having a tenous grasp of what a fascist even is), a lot did it only as a covenient way to oppose to him. He was truly damned if he did or damned if he didn't with his enemies, i.e. lambasted for 'mishandling' Covid. I ask how he was supposed to handle it in such a decentralised bottom-up country like the USA and someone responded once that he should have sent the NG into every single fricking state and forced compliance. Someone here seriously going to tell me the same people that scream about him mishandling it wouldn't then cry about this being the ultimate proof he's the evil fascist overlord he was always accused of being?

It's a matter of who's 'our guy' and who's not.
The fringe who are on the side of Biden unironically love the rhetoric like 'Ministry of Truth' because it is something they actually want. They don't hear rhetoric like that and think 'omg 1984 bad'
they fricking love the idea of big brother and over reaching government controlling ppl's lives. they see it as a necessity because in their world view everything is fascist, rascist, transphobic, etc. and they believe it is the governments responsibility to destroy individualism
they want 1984 to become real because they already see themselves as loyal party members
