Season 1 was straight kino. I liked season 2, it was confusing and all over the place but not terrible. Season 3 was a big time disappointment, especially the fight club cliffhanger. I watched ep 1 and 2 of season 4 it's objectively total garbage and I don't think I'll watch anymore of it.
the 4th episode is the first decent, albeit still mediocre, episode of the season. it's obvious the first 3 episodes were agonizingly slow filler. people justifiably bad mouth the series after season 1 but i think some of the ideas they introduced after season have merit and it does seem to be building to something. they could totally frick it up however

I'd like to share a revelation Westworld is to Better Call Saul what Dexter was to Breaking Bad in 2013 writers focused so much on creating an mindfrick puzzle they forgot to create a compelling story such a waste of good actors and production budget so sad.
I did watch season 3 but the problem is it wasn't very good so I didn't pay a lot of attention. So a lot of the things happening in this current season I don't really understand, because they rely on things from last season that I don't really remember.
