Yes, because he was my Bond growing up and I watched all his movies. Bond fans apparently don't like him so I never bothered to watch the crap they like. It looks cheesy and dated anyway.
What does that mean? I can't see Craig's replacement being good so that will make him look even better in hindsight.
It'll be funny if Bond never returns because NTTD ends with >james bond will return
Adding to this since I only saw Casino Royale. Why did White kill Chiffre and just leave Bond alone? I'm pretty sure Bond takes them all down eventually. It has to be one of the stupidest things I've ever seen in a movie, and it feels like they just didn't know how to make him escape Le Chiffre
Yes. I grew up with Brosnan but Craig's Bond is great but with some shitty films. And when I say shitty I mean Skyfall, Spectre and NTTD. His first two films are the best for him and the type of Bond they were trying to go for. They got nostalgic and it all went down hill.
I enjoyed the whole Craig run, but I was a bit disappointed in No Time To Die. As the first film in the franchise to kill Bond off, it should have been more affecting than it was. No one gave a frick because it was clearly time for Craig to retire anyway. Moreover, they decided to make Q an out-of-the-closet homosexual in that film, which was just more wearisome pandering.
Yes he was a good Bond for certain, just cursed with mostly bad Bond movies. Casino Royale is literally the best Bond movie of all time though, and I say this as a person who's favorite Bond is Connery.
>Casino Royale is literally the best Bond movie of all time
It's literally one of the worst
Sure it starts good but it goes out of its way to tell you "this isn't bond this is new he's modern!!!!" >bond rises out of the water instead of a woman in a bikini like in so many other bond films >no gadgets aside from a defibrillator in the car >bond falls for the girl (something that only happened in OHMSS prior) >bond gets captured and doesn't escape on his own >bond fails the mission >the girl dies
It's not a good bond movie, it's the antithesis of a bond film
>n-no it's a bond film
No it's not.
The whole point of the thing was to reset bond because die another day had cranked the formula up to 11 and despite being very successful at the box office the producers were so embarrassed they decided they needed to do a 180 for modern audiences so we wound up with not Bond
Congrats glad you liked it but it's not a bond movie
No. I don't even consider him bond since his films are their own separate thing and go put of their way to subvert old school bond most of the time
Remains to be seen if this will be the case with the next guy but as of now the last bond movie came out in 2002
I really enjoy Daniel Craig. He's a talented and versatile actor. I think he did well as Bond, however I don't think the filmmakers were able to utilize him properly. The films were weak and even borderline nonsense in a lot of areas.
I would have rather watched Mission Impossible: Fallout with Daniel Craig as the lead.
Frick no, he was a terrible Bond. He has one facial expression and he can't act. Casino Royale and Skyfall were the only decent movies he starred in, everything else was crap. Even Brosnan was a better Bond than him.

Even Craig's films will become cheesy and dated. Especially Spectre.

Debatable.
They should do this but you know very well that they won't.
>They should do this but you know very well that they won't.
I know. But you can't blame Cavill for trying.
Why not?
This is such a fricking disgusting post if it's real. I almost believe it has to be bait.
I wish Le Chiffre had killed him

Whyte also wanted the password for the poker winnings
Read the book moron
Casino Royale/Skyfall were good. His Bond would be remembered for cinematography and its all star casts.
I never found him charming, too boring and moody to be Bond.
for me he's like brosnan in that he really has the look and the timbre to be a suave secret agent but his movies are all trash
unfortunately true
Also: how can anyone stand his dyke boss? i can't.
Casino Royale was great and Skyfall was pretty good, the rest were meh

This. His best is casino royale, from that especially when Sam Mendes on board the kino starting to get down

Leaves earpiece in a girl's drink.
"Da frick you doin' homie?"
Blows cover for nothing.
'nuff said
what's the name of this spyies movie where he plays a gay yet?

I think Brosnan got cursed the most. Even though I think world is not enough is underrated Kino

Bring back based pierce bros am with his big Irish wiener to save the bond franchise.

Freemason symbolism everywhere. Get out of my head Illuminati.
>that fact he never got a shot is tragic
>he's the fricking spitting image of the earliest artist depictions

I do not like James Bond. Period. I hate any and all capeshit.
Yet here are (you) are.
>Did you like a manlet as Bond?
I'd genuinely prefer Bond to be played by a black woman than someone under 6ft
Nope. But the first film did give Mads Mikkelson more popularity at least.
