Draculaura and Cleo can honestly get it too
Why is Cleo black?
She wuz queen an shiet
can't wait for the next egypt thread to drop a new girl
lmao why is she wearing frickin' pjs as her normal clothes though?
nice
I'm going to be so disappointed when this isn't renewed after season two because Nick fricking sucks
have they saved clawdeens mom from the other dimension yet?
Hate to be the barrier of bad news, but I wouldn't hold your breath. Currently no S3 renewal and two separate artists working on the show (and absolutely more) have moved on.
Usually not a good sign and we all know what this means.. There'd still be a slither of hope if it wasn't Nickelodeon we were talking about, though
The idea of a school with monsters is cooler than a school with wizards and possibly even cooler than a school of super heroes so basically it's tragic this concept isn't utilized much. Feels fricking bad man.
To be fair, the school of wizards also has monsters.
It's DCSHG all over again
Have something good focused on girls and it gets jerked around with airtime before being cancelled after the second season
Many such cases, unfortunately (Except actually a much much worse case with this one.)
>actually a much much worse case with this one
qrd?
Not that anon but this image sums it up pretty well.
That sounds fricking terrible
A tragic tale as old as time. Cleo in Space was a promising, fun and cute serialized action comedy by Dreamworks that they also treated fricking horribly.
It first released worldwide starting with Southeast Asia in late 2019, coming out of absolute nowhere, and it wouldn't see its release in its country of origin until April 2020, where you could view the first 5 episodes on world famous streaming service "Peawiener" if you had Xfinity.
It had its *official* premiere on this "Peawiener" in July. Did I mention this service claims that it's free and was a big part of its marketing campaign except its not? And you had to pay for it if you wanted to watch Cleo episodes?
All of this would just be chalked up to poor distribution except no its even worse because they ended the show on a cliffhanger. A MASSIVE cliffhanger that would've changed the whole structure of the show. Yeah that's right, this was a 26 episode deal only and Dreamworks treated it so horribly they saw it fit to just never renew it for a S2 without realising its entirely their fault that they didn't get the views.
You might be thinking 'oh but I looked it up and Wikipedia says the show has 3 seasons'. No it doesn't. That's just Dreamworks' model - they split up the show into multiple seasons so it doesnt look like they treated it like absolute ass. But its more insulting in this case because they split one season worth of content into 3, and every other Dreamworks show at least gets one more production season so why was Cleo ever an exception?
This was also around the time that Dreamworks just kinda. Abandoned Netflix..? But don't worry because After Cleo in Space released on this nobody service they *then* moved back to Netflix for other shows (its not really consistent on why they keep service hopping, but it still pisses me off)
Basically this lel
>even if mattel went with cartoon network it'd still get fricked over
Man Monster High G3 really was doomed from the start.
Maybe the doll and book sales and the successful movies will be enough to convince them to make a third season
There's a chance, right?
she's a big girl
Does she ever turn around?
If there was an instance where she did so, I must not have noticed it. However I've only watched up to her introductory episode and the next one.
Remember how Deuce got rejected by Cleo and Frankie and ended up taking his own hair to the big school dance?
Why is he such a boyfailure in this show?
his hair fricking with him is one reason for it
