When the horizons at the top it’s exciting, when the horizon is at the bottom it’s exciting
If Ford had known who was standing in front of him, and what he would grow into -- Ford would have burned Spielberg's eyes out with his cigar.
He would have liked AI
give me a 5,000 word essay on why he would like AL?

kinooooooo
Young Fonda was so goofy looking, how did he even become a star
is this what the matt groaening joke in early simpsons is based off?
Yes. The eyepatch gives it away
10? 10. 10 is good too, right?
Here’s to hoping it’s at least half as good as his earlier flicks
I have never seen any of his movies yet see a lot of reverence for him by lots of people. Is he really that kino?
He had immense technical skill and directorial vision. His style and many of his innovations have been so widely copied that you won't be able to recognize them: they have simply become basic filmmaking idiom. He was the favorite director of most key directors that came up from the 40s through the 70s (Orson Welles and Steven Spielberg, just two name two massive names).
If you watch his films today, a few of the classics may seem emotionally flat compared to what his currently popular disciples did, but they ultimately largely got it from him for a reason (and some of his films are far more emotionally removed from classic Hollywood stereotypes).
Highly recommended that you at least watch a few of his most popular movies from different eras. Interesting guy too.
he's one of the GOAT american directors. he made classic hollywood.
Yes.
He inspired Akira Kurosawa.
And most of them were shit.
