Disney is hoping for the LGBT Xwitter Fandoms but none of these characters have the appealing that they had in the comics right now.
Well the issue there is the one thing such people will actually require is the gay couple at the center of the group, which has never been hinted in the MCU and one of whom doesn't even exist. Any YA they attempt without them front and center in it will only piss them off and cause unending screaming about homophobia, with the added benefit of them being entirely right and disney having no defense.
I disagree. They already got Kamala as front and center of the team, she's recruiting them. Plus America being their token lesbian, adding the twins will just be the icing of the cake.

Delusional. Kamala is not a young avenger and is not gay. America is also barely a member and is not in a relationship. You can't get rid of the actual main characters, who are in a relationship with each other, without pissing off the people who care about lgbt stuff appearing. Retaining a token lesbian only makes them madder. The second you open yourself up to a legitimate, factual accusation of gay erasure, you forfeit all possible brownie points and earn years of unrelenting criticism. The gays have form on this, having mocked tokenism for decades.
