Max is the most pathetic male presented in the entire film apart from the simp warboy who literally dies for a woman because she looked at him.

Woman as marksman is a repeated action movie troupe. Remember he then killed the rest as Furiosa, and in fact all of them would not have been capable. That is not him being inferior, it is her contributing all that she was capable and still falling short so that he must finish things. A repeated theme in the movie.

Don't understand how you could miss it. For the whole film all I could imagine was George Miller in front of me beaten and bloodied. Hairline receded, eyes red and filled with tears.
