>not sleeping with two pillows at the end to elevate your legs, a pillow between your legs and a pillow under your arm, whilst a fan is constantly blowing on your face
I was told that greater amounts actually make it harder to fall asleep. I cut back from 10mg to the single 3mg dose and it puts me out in under an hour.
>40mg melatonin
anon, the better dose is ~0.3 mg. Taking 40mg is too much and is counterproductive.
Seriously, tomorrow night don't take any. You'll fall asleep faster, from the lower residual dose still in your blood.

Interesting. I’ll try a lower dose tonight, i haven’t taken anything in awhile. I never considered upping it would be adverse
I'm weird in that I usually use a balled up blanket or comforter instead of a pillow, or put that on top of a pillow. It's like my head gets almost entirely engulfed in soft comfiness instead of just the back or side of my head. Does anybody else do this? I also always use a blanket and comforter. I can't imagine just using a thin sheet...
I sleep with 1 sheet and fans going even in the winter and the heat set at 68. And no I'm not fat. The people asking this kind of stuff are the same ones you see in a hoodie during the summer

how fat are you?
stick boi reporting here, and can confirm i also sleep extra comfy with pillows propping up my knees and arms
I sleep with a fan on me every single night, even if its -30 out. Im turning into my dad
Same here but only because I need the white noise to drown out my tinnitus.
literally kino
What? How do you sleep?
Yes
With only a sheet covering me and a dead hooker.
Depends how warm it is. In the middle of summer at night a single sheet gives you the comfy enclosure that a big puffy blanket will in winter
>box fan on max directly facing me
>weighed blanket and 3 comforters
>room at a crisp 60 degrees
>40mg of melatonin about to kick in
now you talkin
>40mg
jesus christ dude
I build up a tolerance so 10-20 doesn’t really get me there typically. Only take that much if I can’t sleep for a few days I’m a row though

Yeah, in the summer. It gets hot.
If it's too hot, yeah
In the summer I do.
Winters I /comfymaxx/ and pile on the blankets.
Yeah when you live in a desert
>only a sheet covering them?
yes even if its freezing outside plus I never have the fan off.

I use cushions instead of a pillow. Allows me to layer them to form groove for my head to fit in similar to what you're talking about
>he doesn't skeet a half a bottle of tussin and then sleep next to the dog on the couch
I started sleeping naked and it's supremely comfy but I keep getting shit streaks on my sheets so I'm really not sure if it's worth it.
increase your fiber intake and maybe you'll stop sharting all over the place

A better question is why the frick do demons want to pull you out from under your comfy sheet. Seriously, knock that shit off
i sleep without sheets at all
In San Diego, yes.
Only when I am incredibly intoxicated and my house is warm in the summer. So pretty much every night in the warmer months.
Central air heating. Some areas have less than 4 seasons
