The joke is that no, they do not. That "White Privilege" is a phantom to shadow-box. That a shirtless methhead in Tennessee has not more privilege than a PCP-addled black person in Los Angeles.

They got to meet the President of the United States and were able to avoid getting arrested as terrorists. If they weren't white, they would be in a maximum security prison right now.

They're white trash dumbasses who fail forwards because they don't get hung up on dumb bullshit like "anxiety" or "depression"

They are too stupid to be depressed, also crying won't help if you want to score

That's why Beavis will never score.

They're in a mode of enlightened zen where they have little to nothing on their minds at all times, which means they are nearly always in a meditative state
IT's not white privilege, it's stupid privilege, stupid people are the real people in this world

No, because the lady assumed a lot of stuff for it to be true, but none of it was. They have practically no parents, they have no money, no power, literally nothing, so it was a great example of why white privilege isn't true as a generalization.

      Anonymous

True. She assumed that their parents were wealthy businessmen who was able to buy their way into college, when they don't even go there and I think had their fathers abandon them.

So how does Beavis and Butt-Head work now in 2022.

      Are they still kids?
      Who owns the house?
      Do they pay bills?
      Are they still in highschool?
Are they going to find Daria?

I think only the music video commentary segments will be in 2022, and everything else will be a prequel.

Honestly I actually really liked the movie. I thought like everything else, it would be ruined, but they got the characters completely loyal to how they have always been, and did a great job at making the movie have no deep message at all. Which I am always glad for, because it makes politic obsessed morons seethe at a form of media that gives them nothing to favor or argue against.

    Of course.

How is it that this movie did the same thing the Rocko special did, but still managed to make it feel exactly like classic B&B while Rocko felt so off? And I mean the overall tone and feel, not the Ralph thing.

      Mishal

The Rocko movie had some gay rights group overlooking the thing to make sure that nothing too triggering made it in making the movie more toothless than might have been expected.

        Pathetic if true.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I did not expect Rocko, Heffer and Filbert to wrap a rope around the transsexual Bighead's neck and drag him through the desert. But to just have the cast blankly and flatly state "Oh, hello Ralph. I see you are Transgendered now. You are Rachel now. Thank you. You are very brave. Let's move on," was just so far UNDER the line that I was shocked by it.

At least fricking ask some questions, you stupid cartoon marsupial.

Because B&B focused more on what made the show work to begin with: two utter morons causing havoc by accident, whereas Rocko got too caught up on identity politics and how the secondary cast reacted to it, while also trying to shoehorn in a moral message which is fully antithetical to what made Rocko work: a fairly ordinary guy reacting to an exaggerated caricature of the modern era.

Are you sure, like really sure? Because most white criminals are taken alive while non white criminals usually get shot trying to be taken into custody.

probably because White criminals don't resist arrest

I think your view is skewed by the news which undereports black crime and jumps on white crime. You never hear about brown shooters but they'll drill your head in with white ones. Only when major incidents happen with dark skinned perpetrators are they reported but then they'll hide their race and motives while white ones are reported on for weeks on end.

Think B&BH will interact with his kid if he had one?
