What's so fricked up about Truman show is his wife... mother, best friend are all paid actors. Meryl snuck her way into Truman's life and even had sex with him off screen couple times which makes her a legal prostitute. Imagine the legal contract that had to be drawn up for the actress to engage in actual sexual intercourse with someone that she has no real personal feelings for. OP here, I dont think Im important, Im not conceited in that way. But neither did Truman. He had his own little schizo games that only made sense to him. Some of them have yes, but producers decided it was some of their time to go. I had friends in 7 consecutive seasons so far but they were let go from the show because my show moved to a different direction. A lot of the times their supportiveness was very fake and they were'nt very good actors. Which is why the producers decided to change the format of the show and bring in more attractive actors. Which is great, but in my down time I feel bored and wonder why I can't just have a normal life like everyone else.
