Eh, RGTK is technically better, but the problem is RGTK is bad yet kinda uninteresting. Call it mid. ST is very bad, worse than RGTK in technical aspects, but very interesting at how bad it is. Most interesting stuff from RGTK comes from its storyboards and cut content.

Shrek 2 is an overrated, boring, unfunny, outdated, visually unnapealing and vapid piece of garbage with no sincerity and with horrendous villains like Fairy Godmother, the only good thing is puss in boots, the rest is trash, one of the worst Dreamworks/PDI efforts ever.

Somehow i mistyped Home... fitting as that movie deserves no respect.
This is less outrageous/obsessed with crossing the line than Shrek 2. No characters with a nasty personality like Fairy Godmother either.
