All they have is a rough outline for Beyond the Spider-Verse. They've done almost nothing since they were still working on ATSV close to release. The third film isn't coming out until 2025 at the minimum and more likely in 2026.

Miles/Peni started on Spanish twitter. I think it’s a combination of Spanish fans loving Eva, frustration with Gwen/Miles as a ship, and the idealization of the potential of Peni as a cute tradwife to miles. Also in a movie where almost everyone is at odds with miles for one reason or another it’s nice to see someone just support him unconditionally

The writers of spider verse said they wrote it in mind as a meta commentary on people who hate miles. They are absolutely aware of fan reception and the Peni/Miles ship. I would not be surprised if they were insecure enough to “address it” in the next movie

I don't think they'd feel the need to since one of the main points of Miles x Peni is that it's a happy and clean pairing for Miles. They'll likely remain oblivious to it or just leave it alone.
