The Adventures of Pete & Pete would absolutely work as a cartoon.
Any of their Sitcoms that have some kind of supernatural/scifi twist. Like Alex Mac or Animorphs obvously would've benefited from the ability to have superpowers beyond tamed animals or early 90s cg. Like imagine Are You Afraid of the Dark but they have the excuse of "It's just a Cartoon"

Other than reruns of ABC shows, the only Disney live-action series I remember watching are the Famous Jett Jackson, Even Stevens, and Lizzie McGuire, and I don't think any of them would have worked as well if they were Cinemaphile (although the latter did have a cartoon version of Hilary Duff for little fourth-wall breaking gags).
I still remember the very first time Even Stevens came on, and while watching the stop-motion intro I thought, "I hope the whole thing's not like this" kek.
