modern movies are longer again like in the 50s/60s and 70s which is so and so. the only problem for me is that they dont have intermissions so you have a clear break build into them, in the theater and for your home. either have intermissions for your slop or go back to the solid 90 minute concept

Ritalin is a non-amphetamine stimulant. It doesn't work very well for me personally, it just ruins my sleep.
Adderall is what I've intermittently had prescribed for several years. It's cheap and it works. It's an extended release formulation with about 8 hours of effect. Everything feels sharper, clearer and more pleasant. I understand these effects are the same for everyone, including normies.
Strattera is a non-stimulant non-habit-forming drug, it's like an antidepressant with lasting effects after you take it for a few weeks. It actually works well for managing my attention problems on its own, and improves my sleep. However it also makes my hair fall out and makes it impossible to cum even though masturbation feels just as good.
The combination of strattera and adderall makes me compulsively and uncontrollably jack off for hours. I must goon because there's no such thing as a quickie for my gunked up medicated balls
To clarify, Adderall is just a mixture of amphetamines. It's basically the second strongest stimulant behind prescription meth. Obviously the doses are quite low, but you can still very easily abuse prescriptions

I’m a boomer and the rule used to be that 90 minute movies were for entertainment and 120+ minute movies were Oscar bait and the ones in between those times could go either way. Granted there’s entertaining movies that break that rule but it was a good way to judge a movie before watching it. Now every movie is so fricking long it’s 3 hours or turned into a series. In a time of people having shorter attention spans Hollywood is making their movies longer.

I'm the opposite I can lay in my bed four to six hours and do nothing. In fact its my favorite thing to do, as games and movies are shit now. Im a zoomer and grew up watching vhs tapes and I was 12 or something by the time my family got a dvd player and a computer but I didn’t care about the internet so I never used it and I think I was 16 when I got my first computer and all I used it for was to play counter strike with my friends but we were still meeting outside regularly and just riding our bikes around and having fun.

I've seen people go from being able to watch a LOTR marathon to not being able to finish an hour and a half romcom just because they started watching those short videos. Underrated and scrolling through Tiktok/IG watching those 30-second videos will definitely fry your brain. I'm millennial, but I can seriously waste hours of my time doing that if I'm not careful. I can still sit through kino easily though. It's better to watch movies at night when your brain is winding down and everything's dark. It helps you focus and absorb everything when there are minimal interruptions.
