So here's a question. They admit that the mcu is Earth 616, which I could buy if it was a separate multiverse. But iirc, isn't the mcu a universe in the comics multiverse? If that's canon then wouldn't this mean that the multiverse will experience two secret wars? And I'm not including the implications about Moira's powers from HoX/PoX, I mean within the same lifetime. Is this just a elaborate plan to get people to actually read comics and not just skim Wikipedia articles and claim to know about comics?

From the perspective of the MCU, they are 616. From the perspective of the comics, they're 199999 or something. It's like two people looking at the same building from different places, they both have different directions to get to it.
I just realized something. I saw a thread yesterday speculating on if there would be another Secret Wars event for synergy with Kang as the big bad. Remember, the two Avengers books were slightly connected until the lead up to the event. Long story short, I believe that Jed is gonna do something with Ewing to try and lead up to a new Secret Wars event with Kang, and they'll do this with Avengers and Avengers Inc. If I'm right, then I'll not be surprised.
