Its not like skills developed in the last 20 years, there's animations from 100 years ago that look more impressive than TV animation today in terms of fluidity. But moreover, Disney took great pride in their TV animation even if they've never considered it worthy of the same attention as their theatrical releases; Disney's standards are high enough that they wanted their TV animation to look much better than anything else. This is part of the reason their was so much in terms of basic network TV animation all around in the 90's; when Disney got in on the market , so did every other company.

Well it's out of my hands so like I said I can only hope. It happens sometimes though. One of mine didn't get fanart for many years and then out of nowhere got a bunch of fanart on tumblr in like 2019-2020, and still gets a little bit to this day and he's from an 80s show.

Around 12 drawings, more if you count drawthreads. I would try to get more, but it's surprisingly more difficult than I'd thought. I spend a lot of time just searching for artists, and finding artists that I like and can speak English well is hard for some reason.
