In all honesty, 2002 is a better cut off date. Early zoomers got to grow up with a lot of the good stuff so their not a complete lost cause. Post 2002 grew up during the dark age.

It was a really solid show. Even the "filler" episodes had cool ideas like the teleporting collar ome and the episode where they get stuck in a ghost castle and have figure out how to help the little girl that had been stuck on the castle for centuries too.
Honestly I dig the "filler" eps more than the main story sometimes. Main stuff was mostly Chinesey shit(except for one season with Japanese mythology instead), but the filler episodes went all over the place. Fountain of youth, that origami homie you mentioned, a James Bond parody, the Egyptian statue that turned Jade into a catgirl, crazy variety
You have to really love Jade because every goddamn filler episode is about her
