Does the world of Invincible have a Dr. Strange/Fate equivalent?

Does the world of Invincible have a Dr. Strange/Fate equivalent? If so, is there any reason he couldn't just banish Omniman to hell?

One of the heroes’ grandmother was randomly mentioned to be a witch who cursed her into becoming a hideous freak
Why this all-powerful witch who was never seen again didn’t just turn Nolan into a toad, nobody knows

The only magic user in the series is that one old grandma who cursed monster girl with the monster form curse for sleeping with her grandson

This doesn't mean she could've necessarily stopped him, just turned him into a shota

        But shota are correctable.

The Viltrum plotline is pretty much the only good part about the original comic and will probably stay true for the show. Spoiler alert: Omniman's not so bad. I can see why humans would never forgive him, but ultimately his complexities helped open the door to the future, the door which Mark steps through. And he dies in the end, so whatever

No, it's speficically written so no one can do shit against the not-kryptonians, which is why people compare them more to saiyans.

Saiyans were not that powerful after all, Freeza's race is practically as strong as Superman.

you say this like Doctor Fate didn't get his ass kicked when he tried fighting Ultraman. Strange is also a notorious jobber so their Invincible counterpart would lose as well for the sake of story.

Keep reading and you'll find out that they
created a virus that specifically kills the Viltrumites
how does a virus infect a species that has impenetrable skin and can hold its breath for weeks

I don't think that's how a virus works. Plus, the fact they can hold their breath for weeks doesn't mean they don't just breathe normally when they aren't in space.

Not really, there are magic users and monsters (which we will unfortunately not be able to see most likely) but none if them hold a candle to the real power houses.

      >but none if them hold a candle to the real power houses
That's DBZ Mexican thinking. Who cares how much you can bench press if some guy with a glowing stick can turn you into an ant?

What I mean is that we never meet anyone capable of that. We actually get a reality warper big bad guy but even he becomes a joke by his second appearance

what kind of stupid are you

It's a kitchen sink setting like every other superhero story. It stands to reason it might have analogues to particular characters.

Use your brain for a second. You’re asking why Omni man hasn’t been banished by a character that doesn’t exist. The answer is because that character doesn’t fricking exist.

This reminded me that there was literally that demon detective dude in the first season who was banished to hell.

    >it's another goddamn motherfricking "WHYYYY DIDN'T THEY JUST DOOOOO X" thread

BECAUSE IF THEY JUST DID X THERE WOULDN'T BE A FRICKING PLOT

STOP FRICKING ASKING THIS QUESTION OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN

This is both brainlet, and based. It is the basis of all fiction. They will be mad at you for saying this, maybe even try to kill you, but it is the truth.

IT'S NOT BAD WRITING TO HAVE CHARACTERS NOT BE PERFECT BEINGS OF PURE LOGIC THAT NEVER MAKE MISTAKES OR ACT IRRATIONALLY

IT'S NOT BAD WRITING TO NOT HAVE CHARACTERS NOT ALWAYS TAKE THE MOST OPTIMAL COURSE OF ACTION

IT'S NOT BAD WRITING TO NOT HAVE THE CHARACTERS RESOLVE THE ENTIRE FRICKING PLOT BEFORE IT BEGINS

CERTAIN THINGS HAVE TO HAPPEN IN A CERTAIN WAY FOR THERE TO BE A GODDAMN PLOT

IF YOU'VE GOT A FRICKING PROBLEM WITH THAT THEN FICTION JUST FRICKING ISN'T FOR YOU

JUST GO WATCH LITERAL FRICKING PAINT DRY

Green Ghost could have at least trolled harder than Cecil if she didn't frick up. Darkwing 2 banished Mark and it might work on Omni-Man if he lets his guard down.
