Everything you listed is important but I really feel like #1 is a huge thing people tend to gloss over. Watch any of the OT and it is absolutely filled with good extras that do their roles extremely well while looking and talking like normal people, it really adds to the immersion of the setting.

Did you notice Disney doesn't do the old hand drawn/ painterly Star Wars promo art? When George owned it, a lot of official Star Wars artwork like book covers had this painterly style to them in order to imitate the style of the movie posters.
Disney's posters just looked like cheap generic photoshopped trash and I hate it.
This isn't just a Disney thing. All entertainment companies were slowly phasing out paintings for digital art. For example all of the Star Wars books published in the 90s had painted covers. By the early 2000s, they got replaced by photoshop and digital art, which while probably a lot cheaper, looked way worse.
It'll probably never happen, but I long for a time when physical painted art gets a resurgence.
