>tried to have Tony whacked over a fricking title
No I don't think he loves you bro
Its complicated zoomie
You don't try to murder people you love, not really complicated gramps
Sometimes though.
>never experienced real love
Borderline personality
it happens
what ya gonna do?
55% of all homicides are intimate partner violence (IPV). Only Black folk and incels murder those they don't know for money/clout/severe mental illness.
Just because you're intimate partners with someone doesn't mean you love them, you would never try to kill a person you actually, truly love
This reminded me of that one news story about the guy who caught his wife of seventeen years cheating on him so he pulled all her teeth out and suffocated her to death by jamming his wiener down her throat.
Jesus
he didn't love her no more. not that complicated, moron.
Up yours, wienersucka.
I murdered my wife, not like I wanted to but it had to happen. We all experience that sort of thing
yeah we got him. ip address tracked in route to his home now
hey mr. fbi. what is going on in the white house at the moment. i have heard strange things happening in there. can you investigate?
It literally wasn't complicated
Wasn't it because L*via manipulated him into thinking Tony was undermining his authority and telling mafia stuff to Milfi?
Yes
This. Junior was always an egotistical guy like most Sopranos, but he was still reasonable to his family. By the time he went to the looney bin, his pride was all he had left.
Junior was better suited for role of a consigliere as opposed to being a boss. His old-time wisdom helped tony in many ways when he was under house arrest until the dementia took him over completely.
Yes but he also literally was. It’s one of those things where Tony is ‘our guy’ so we have no idea what people are talking about when they criticize him just living his best life, but of course we’re stupid and biased. Tony and Junior’s whole storyline that season is that Tony is undermining and circumventing Juniors boss status, and playing him for a weak fool, so he can be more powerful and make more money, and frick Junior. And he does tell Melfi all sorts of shit
wish we got more junior kino in the later seasons.
Junior was the saddest story arc
he survives, but is completely destroyed by the end
in season 1 he was a legitimate threat to Tony, and I remember thinking that their feud would be the main plotline in the series
but then he just degenerated, lost power, lost his mind, lost his family even, and has no memories
I think he deep down cared for Tony like a son, but mob politics and toxic family relations ruined it
them having fond memories of playing catch is a nice touch I guess
It never felt like he really cared about Tony until he started stacking losses.
yea whenever I marathon the series I dread Junior scenes after the first three seasons even though he's my favorite character
>You know...this thing of ours?
>>I was a part of that?!
that hit hard
Junior is just an egotist and seethes at even minor slights. He’s like Livia in that he can’t actually love anyone and this problem made Tony act the same way, though he obviously is more self aware about it.
They're both incapable of love in that way.
Wrong as frick
that face
>"He put his homosexual hand on my wrist..."
yeh ok but do you love that uncle jussy
He can't blab to anybody what he doesn't remember.
SISTER'S c**t!
oh dony i love your cannoli
binged sopranos over the last month cause i keep hearing how its sooo much better than breaking bad. holy shit i've never been more disappointed. zero payoff on ANYTHING. ending was trash. 5/10 overall. doesn't come close to breaking bad kino.
You never had the makings of a varsity binger.
What're ya some sorta tv critic all the sudden. Frickin' Roger Ebert ova heah.
>breaking bad kino
>constantly needs to point out obvious plot points because Vince knows his audience is moronic
All due respect, you got no f*ck*ng idea what it’s like to be number one TV series. Every decision you make affects every facet of every other f*ck*ng Cinemaphile meme. It’s too much to deal with almost. And in the end, you’re completely alone with it all.
>muh arc
>watching The Many Saints of Newark
Why would you do that?
Why wouldn't you do that? Why do you have to complain about everything?
Dickie Moltisanti was a great character and we learned more about Tony, the film does literally no harm to any of the characters
>heavily implies Junior can't get an erection with a woman
>established getting knocked down steps by microphones as a thing Junior does regularly because "haha remember that?"
Why are you defending such a terrible film? Are you 16 years old or are you actually David Chase?
>heavily implies Junior can't get an erection with a woman
he couldn't because his back was broken you moron
what happened to that woman that was visiting uncle jun
go shit in your hat
why did some youtuber paint uncle jun as some insecure loser
is that all people do these days judge people solely on their ability to get ahead in the world
UNCLE PHILLY
Uncle Philly my Ess
OH!
watching The Many Saints of Newark changes the perspective a bit, he basically is the one responsible of trapping Tony into this life
Can we pretend it's non canon?
why should we? It adds insights without taking anything away
>Let's talk about your father?
>My father...?
>Cut straight to scene of Tony playing ball with Uncle June
S01E07 - 29:45
June was literally Tony's father figure. That's why the whole friction between them cuts so deep.
no Dickie Moltisanti was before he died
