By magical you mean the 3 months of Davion banging her during the time skip, to a point where when he returns, Mirana says "you're home". The only magic there would have to be contraceptives, which I doubt they used.

Some of the decisions regarding characters are just wierd.
Possibility 1: Mirana took the chance when they were both naked as spiritual bodies to use her powers and essentially teleport his sperm to her womb before saying goodbye forever.
Possibility 2: They just banged regularly in between seasons 2 and 3 and part of the reason Mirana wanted to go back to the first universe is because she also wanted her kid.
The ending feel very animesque, even if shitflix finally dropped the cringe anime label and Dragon's Blood is oficially a netflix original series. I mean, universal resets, naked anime people, gods vs humans, etc. It's really like my Japanese animes.
