It's a powder you eat and for some reason it ,ages you not want to drink or if you do drink it makes the buzz not as enjoyable for me personally. If you get the right kind it gives you a bit of euphoria kind of like you took a few pain pills.
If you eat it too often it will make you feel all weird like you took too much Xanax but not in a good way with your vision all fricked up. I take it once in the morning and once a few hours before bed so like 8 or so hours in between.

I have been on kratom off and on since 2009, you get used to the taste. It is like booze in that I associate that flavor and bitterness with intoxication and feeling better. Careful though, kratom has its own withdrawal.

Weed is hard for like the first 2 weeks. It's not physically addictive, but you can get addicted to the feeling of being on it. You will probably also be moody and easily agitated.
Keeping that in mind it's easier to get through. I have stopped a few times in my life for work or just to cleanse. Once you get over the hump it's cake.
Everyone says this but I had the chills for about a week after quitting(albeit that could have also been from quitting cigarettes) and almost every night I dreamed of taking bong hits and chain smoking cigs

I had a friend in high-school who smoked ungodly amounts of weed, then one day he quit and straight up got sick lol, wearing a puffy jacket and everything. He was always a sickly little guy though.
I've been through actual drug withdrawals and have never been a huge stoner but I wouldn't be surprised if you got some weird side effects from not smoking, even if it is just a placebo.
