Nazz is having nondescript ~womanly~ problems and needs to talk to some other women, so she reaches out to the Kankers. Hijinks ensure, it's actually kind of heartwarming.
If there's one minor thing I'd critique the series for is I'd have appreciated more episodes not actually focused on the Eds, like I Am Curious Ed or See No Ed.
... Frick. This seems like a based concept. I can see Marie about to tease her about it then wam, Lee comes in and goes momma mode with a "Can it, Marie!"
Lee sits Nazz down and May comes in with a blanket and chocolate. "Alright, girlie buckle up, this one's gonna be a doozie."
Nazz hangs out with Sarah out her house. While walking she accidentally walks by a door left open. It's the bathroom and Ed is taking a leak. She can't help but noticed it's size. The episode is with Nazz asking questions about Ed. Sarah is perplexed as to why?
Later Nazz walks into Ed's room, and asks if they're something they can do to have fun? Something to do in Ed's room, with the lights off.
So Ed, Nazz, and sarah watch one of Ed's b-movie marathons. Nazz falls asleep on Ed's lap. Sarah is surprisingly engaged in the movie asking questions while Ed answers.
nazz goes about her day, trying to finish errands so she can get home and watch her favorite tv show.
All the guys in the cul de sac take turns trying to to impress her, but ending up stalling her and ruining her day. She stumbles into an Ed's scam that may have actually worked but they focus on her instead and destroy the neighborhood.She yells at them and In the chaos she stumbles home, misses her shoe but her parents left her a note saying the recorded it. She writes in a journal that they boys were at it again, but she likes that theyre all so sweet, showing she's not as oblivious as she lets on.
Fade out on the neighborhood thats still in chaos while the guys argue over whos fault it is
the kanker sisters kidnap nazz for a forced girls day. Nazz is terrified but goes along with it. They give each other terrible makeovers, try to bake cookies that blow up an oven and terrorize the eds. Something something, nazz teaches them to be more girly and they teach nazz how to stand up for herself and be less girly. It ends like the breakfast club with both sides leaving and admitting they will probably never talk again
Nazz fricked up her cake in home economics but is given another chance to pass her bake exam at school. At home she needs to practice but doesn't have milk. She calls out for momm and she stands there in silence for a few moments knowing no one is ever home. She visits Rolf for milk. Hijynx ensues
Nazz is probably the blandest character in the show. How would anons rewrite her or is it just a manner of Nazz being more of a "functional" character?
Marie Kanker forms a She-Ra club at school. her sisters don't like watching the show with her. Nazz is the only one to attend the club. they form a relationship inside jokes. Marie says Adora reminds her of Nazz and Nazz says Catra reminds her of Marie.
It's a silly slice of life episode that follows her around on her daily routine in the Cul de Sac, while the Eds get up to no good in the background.
Simple stuff.
The episode opens with nazz in bed with an older man and as he gets up to leave the man drops a few 20s. Nazz wipes a tear from her face and lays back down. She falls asleep and the next day it's Saturday and she gets ready for the day. Shenanigans happen and the Eds end up asking her for money. She lends them one of the 20s and they ask where she got so much money. She looks away, holding her arm and says she found it. They leave in a rush without saying thank you and she realizes she made a mistake as they won't be paying her back. After a short take of her walking through the boring cul de sac she ends up having a talk with Rolf and without telling him why she is sad he gives her some dumb tacky advice because he doesn't know about her situation. At the end of the day she is in her house and gets a call. She says to come by at 2 am as her parents will be asleep by then and they have 3 hours with her only.
Nazz and Marie would be enemies, if the show is anything to go by. Nazz and Lee would also go poorly but maybe not as bad. Nazz and May would get along fine more or less, though Nazz would be kind of grossed out by her.
To be fair, almost everyone in this show are pretty antagonistic to some degree or another. The Eds themselves even have conflict with each other. Nazz is still pretty bland however.
She writes an intimate poem that blows out of her window and lands on Wilfred. Everyone notices the poem while outside doing other things but think it is meant for Rolf. We find out Rolf cant read. All the boys in the cul de sac spend rest of the episode trying to jump Rolf (literally a stickman battle for 8-10 minutes), except for Ed, who thinks the note was meant for Wilfred. The Kankers get wind of all of this and plan to assault Nazz at her home.
At the end of the episode Nazz looks out her window and asks if anyone has seen a poem she wrote for class. Her front door gets kicked in and the episode ends.
Mazza get addicted to jawbreakers and starts getting chubby. She gets a big belly that sticks out from her clothes and she keeps.getginv embarrassed trying to pull her shirt down over it. She invites Marie Kanker to touch it and squeeze it and tease her about it and it makes them both feel really weird in a way they can't articulate. She starts feeding Marie jawbreakers so she gets chubby too. There is no conflict, just the two of them playing with eachothers soft pot bellies
