Because this movie probably started out only as fire and water people and the other elements got added later late in production.
There were apparently no inter racial relationships until wade and ember. Up until then the coexistence was more symbiotic, water for the plants clouds for the water, ect
>despite being a fraction of the population, fire people commit over the half of the arsons
Wow! The fire chick is such an annoying b***h.
So is this a movie about a BPD b***h who blames her "generational trauma" for her shitty attitude?
Wtf is "generational trauma"?
bad parental relationship
That's the most moronic and pretentious way to say bad parental relationship.
Generational trauma is usually more specific, in that it's the family is constantly bogged down by bad parental relationships that extends all the way up the family tree.
Strange World is the worst offender, since we get the same story twice: grand dad and dad bickering about generational trauma, and dad and son bickering about generational trauma.
I can kind of see what they mean since my own pops grew up as a biker ganger in 70’s detroit so you can imagine he was kind of a prick to be parented by, but I highly doubt the kind of person that unironically uses the phrase “generational trauma” was ever beaten with a belt to the point they couldnt stand up.
Life sucks it's always sucks now pretending like it's a new thing yeah most people aren't going to be successful all others and stuff
Basic life the world song we live in a cheese taco that's a metaphor for existence of the cheese and crackers I'll be live together valley little bar on things are upside down but the world is the way it is just remember life is pain but pain is also growth we grow in pain love yourself but love yourself and yourself and in the future self I hope that helps
Daddy issues
The trauma and issues of your ancestors/parents getting passed down. It could range from emotional, mental, and even physical.
Sounds like "muh oppression" israeli crap
Being asian
The excuse blacks use when demanding reparations
Having Asian parents.
>Cloud puffs
Wait, so what race are the different elements supposed to be? I get that fire is hispanics and water is whites.
No the fire is Asians and the Waters are black
fire are asians, earth are hispanics
I thought fire were asians?
Hispanic isn't a race, dumbasss.
ok, latinx
No idea for the other three, but the fireggers seemed vaguely Indian (from India) to me.
Don't think is as obvius relation.
You can fill your blanks, but is not like you will have eath tacos and piñatas
Fire is asians, earth is nothing in particular (the earth kid is almost a 1:1 with a loudhouse character so going by that earth would be mexicans, but other earth elementals aren't stereotypically mexican at all), cloud is blacks and water is whites.
General consensus is that water is blacks, but I don't believe that to be the case as water elementals are crybabies, high society, can't stand fire(spicy) food, etc.
Also fire is asians but only because the setting is so heavy-handed. Maybe there are other fires (hawaiian fires, african fires, nordic fires, etc.)
Fire - Asians
Water - Black folk
Air - whites
Earth - latinx
water is black
fire is asian
air and earth is white
Dumb
They're all deliberately a little ambiguous in order to avoid getting pinned as a particular caricature.
Fire - Asians
Water - Blacks
Air - White Trash
Earth - Beaners.
White trash??? Ur racist
They have way more chemistry than Wade and Ember lol.
>air always have their heads in the clouds
>show air element having the same fiery, fierce personality as ember
Bravo, Pixar.
and of course we have lesbos in a Disney/Pixar movie
Ah, an easily edited single line, like the gay at therapy in Endgame.
>Disney/Pixar: We are anti-racist!
>puts a subtle racist/prejudice allegory in their movie
SO YEAH...
>subtle
Just saw the movie. It was cute, but not really my thing.
Anybody had srt subtitles for the camrip?
>earth elementals are varied, a few have crystals, possibly also metal, most have plants growing on them
>"cloud" elementals can fly and produce lightning (as shown during the game) or solid, breathable air bubbles underwater
>fire elementals can change color of the flames they produce depending on their energy/emotions, also can produce smoke or smog (maybe only a byproduct of old age but still)
>water elementals are just liquid water, they have nothing about ice going for them, them being vaporized is also treated as death and not just a change of state (so how come cloud and earth elementals aren't condensed or eroded respectively by water activity?)
It bugs me a lot when elementals are so uneven in terms of their internal logic.
>them being vaporized is also treated as death
Did you watch the ending?
That's kinda cute.
I don't really like how any of the "races" look in this but I especially fricking hate this whole...frick-ugly chia-pet design of the dirt people. should have went more for rocks and or a treant aesthetic, so much you can do with that...
