It was funnier this way, but in recent years they made it so Cub is now inviincible and Pop always dies, which honestly ruins the characters
It was ok, the plunger joke could have been more creative, like cub shoots it into some someone's mouth and then pops tries pushing it out while plumbing all of her organs from the inside out

I liked that the animation was more expressive. It hasn't looked like this since Season 2, I think.
