I like the MJ segments. They're quick and each one introduces a fresh mechanic to make them unique and standout. The Miles segments are pure padding though.

I genuinely don't understand why any one likes that game. It's just a mishmash of Spider-Man and Batman games from the past twenty years with an awful story.
First game was very generic Ubisoft tower game with an okay web swinging physic's that still somehow couldn't surpass the origonal Spiderman 2 physics because the PS4 couldn't handle rendering high end graphics at top speeds so the had to hard nerf the momentum.
Spiderman 2 looks more of that but now with Venom.
I'd rather play Ultimate Spider-Man at that point.

It was painfully obvious from the very first game that Harry will be Venom and the rest is just people spitballing "yeah but wouldn't it be cool" which is basically what happened with Arkham Knight except at least with Arkham Knight the previous game hadn't already given away the twist so people could legitimately theorize that AK is a clone of Batman or something.

It had a lot of plot concepts that ended up in the game mixed with ones that actually would have built off City.
With Venom it's the same deal they keep saying it's unique from past media but every option has been done by past media. Peter has been Venom, Harry has been Venom, Kraven has been venom. MJ has at least worn the symbiote and so has Miles. I don't think it's Harry though it's probably Peter.
