I was reading some historian's theories on the development of king Arthur's mythos the other day and the consensus seems to be that the king gets sidelined in the later romances because the audiences and authors found him boring once he became too powerful.
I am interested in a lot of stuff that I haven't seen anon. Hell, I am a huge Supergay and I still haven't gotten around to watching the 70's movie series since I am more of a comic and cartoon guy when it comes to capeshit and it gets lost in the backlog.
>Superman MOVIES are boring
Even ardent Supergays will admit that 78 is pretty dated by now and that everything that came after is different shades of fricking moronic
Imagine the autism necessary to look out for interviews of some CW actor just to put the words in his mouth, hoping no one would notice.
Our resident anti-Superman autist is something else.
It's honestly a scary thought. If it's a group of haters, it's understandable because the autism averages out into just a bunch of anons not liking Superman. But if it's just one homosexual dedicating his life shitposting about a fictional character on some Ethiopian yak milking forum, that's either mental illness or severe homosexualry, neither of which I would wish upon my worst enemies, let along other anons
No one likes characters that are practically all powerful. I know Cinemaphile supergays throw out the usual cope of "his stories are about morality" or "he's supposed to represent pure good", no one cares. Supergay is boring, someone who doesn't struggle or have any flaws that aren't superficial is boring. Someone who's powers are practically unmatched is boring. There's a reason the most popular DC character is the most flawed and also just a regular human
Except there's a reason the second most popular DC character is Superman: people like watching strong good guy beat the shit out of strong bad guy
If you can't enjoy that you are joyless inside
The problem is Superman has gone through multiple artists for almost 90 years. If we go for the Siegel/Shuster run and the Fleischer shorts, the closest actor would be Chow Yun-Fat 20 years ago

Why are you listening to theories from morons?
>the most known modern iteration of king arthur the last 20 years is a literal fricking anime genderbend
You can't make this up
>even Tim Burton thinks Batman is boring
>even James Gunn thinks GotG are boring
JUST
Also Taika Watiti thinks thor and loki are spoiled brats.
Taika Watiti is an up-his-own-ass homosexual.
He didn't say that, he said he hasn't seen any of them
If he hasn't watched any of them then he doesn't find them interesting.
That’s not true. Every single movie I haven’t watched I find extremely interesting
Can you say that after he watches them? My grandpa didn't watch Dragon ball until his 60's(7 years ago) and he still loves the series

don't put words in his mouth, he said he doesn't watch it cause he doesn't want to start basing his performances off the previous ones.
Where did he say that?
Did you post a wrong pic? I don’t see him saying that
Did Supergays just lost?
That’s not what he said at all, he’s saying he hasn’t seen any of them so as not to influence how he plays his version of the character
Otherwise he'd e aping off the Reeve superman.

>He adds that he plans to binge them after playing the role
u okay anon?

When you realize this is all one person, it hits different

Depends on how they are written.
He doesn't even look like superman, why did they hire this frick to play him?
>This real person doesn't look exactly like a fictional character
Yes

That’s literally not what your pic says OP. Maybe it’s time to take your meds? By the way Superman > Goku.
