Timothee, zendaya and florence pugh don't fit and shouldn't have been cast as their respective characters. Other than that I liked it. Some costume design was lack luster and obviously the builidings/vehicles on Arrakis being all greyed out sucks. Rebecca ferguson was good and her costume/makeup was really good as well. The whole Giedi Prime arena sequence was also cool.
I didn't like the idea o making harkonnen bald and wear black (lynch guild vibe). They should look like uniformed army with less majestic vibe (they were mostly thugs, psychopaths, morons, brutes, drug addicts etc. But still human looking. mix of soviets/imperial russia/israel/drug cartels etc
