1, 2, and 3 were all really good. No complaints from any of them except when they made me watch a skinny manlet take a shit. Season 4 was waaaay too busy and thus very bad. Hopefully they learned and I'm optimistic it'll go back to being good again.
The cast is interesting but it takes place in 2019 which to me thematically doesn't seem to serve a purpose, either have it take place in present day or in the distant past.
? 2019 is not the modern era lmao
that shit was the dark ages of Trump, where trans folk and PoC were hunted down and killed in the streets. It was literally worse then the medieval times, how have you forgotten this?
All but the first season had le-wacky shit in it that wasnt explained just to keep the viewers around to see if it was answered.
Fargo writer just wants to make twin peaks of the modern day
Is season 4 worth getting through? I dropped it a couple of episodes in. I did like Jessie Buckleys character but the rest seemed boring and too far removed from the feel of the previous seasons.
Honestly forgot about that. That was good as well as Jason Schwartzman's crazy brother. Chris Rock can't act and there was too much going on like season 2 of True Detective (which I still enjoyed).
Looking forward to watching it for sure im optimistic about it. >Objectively best tier ranking of seasons >s1/s2=apples and oranges >like 3 or 4 episodes of s4 because josto and orietta were carrying the show >s3 is unwatchable trash that completely wasted great actors and only episode is watchable for mews ass
4 had some really good episodes and plot threads. The Josto brothers arc was super interesting except for how it ended, same with Orietta the psycho nurse. They were the only ones that actually felt like "Fargo characters" and the few episode where they got to shine were better than the entirety of s3.
Post Covid Fargo will be so pozzed it’ll probably give your aunt AIDs if she came across it on a commercial. I liked the series for the most part and it being on FX I wasn’t worried it’d do extreme gay shit like on Netflix or HBO but I dunno. I’m wondering what’ll be worse this or the next season of True Detective?
Juno Temple is the lead. So I'm conflicted. I like her but I hate women as leads.
>Juno Temple
Well I'm excited now
>Juno Temple is the lead
Ugh
Also that’s a HARD 34
Season 5 already? I stopped at the third season. Didn't even finish it
Season 3 is mediocre and season 4 sucks, so you didn't miss anything
No, I'm not excited at all. My only hope is that it's better than season 4.
didnt know it was happening, but thanks now im gonna watch it
1 > 2 > 3 / 4

After season 4 I have very low expectations
I'll give Noah one more chance

2019 means that they want the story to take place in the modern era without dealing with COVID shit.

Covid is irrelevant in 2023
everything after the first one was shit, so no
I stopped getting excited for things
it's better than being disappointed

No. Jon Hamm can't act. Juno Temple looks like a monster
>Juno Temple looks like a monster
how dare u call my wife that
But she's got cool boobs
Jon always goes ham what do you mean

No, the nurse was the only great part. Black Lisa Simpson gets very annoying.
>he didn't liked mormon raylan givens
Honestly forgot about that. That was good as well as Jason Schwartzman's crazy brother. Chris Rock can't act and there was too much going on like season 2 of True Detective (which I still enjoyed).
No. Not even a single watch through. It is some of the worst TV I have seen, and I've seen a lotta stinkers.
not really
but i'll watch with my friends on /teevee/
No because S4 was absolute dogshit
Looking forward to watching it for sure im optimistic about it.

Season 3 is unwatchable compared to 4? What drugs are you on or not taking? Weaker than 1 and 2, sure.

So what the frick is the deal with season 4? How did it drop in quality so dramatically? It doesn't make sense to me.
I barely remember season 4. I remember this nurse that i found really attractive and Chris Rock. That's about it.
>Season 5
Holy shit, 3 and 4 were so fricking bad that I completely memoryhold them. After those shitshows, I have little faith for 5.
season 2 is one of the best seasons of anything ever
