There are a few things I believe will inevitably happen if the show continues under Jet's oversight.
1. The show will be cast entirely of mentally unstable low level e-celebs who are unpredictable and bring undue liability to the production crew and risk the safety of other cast.
2. The show could draw the attention of MSM/internet cancel brigade and become the subject of public/governmental/legal scrutiny (ie. Local governments, HOA, protests, trolls, regulatory bodies, etc.)
3. Jet's incessant lying and misrepresentation of the show could also bring major scrutiny/legal issues due to the show now being funded by public investors, namely the Founder of Minds.com Bill Ottman. If the show goes under/has any of the aforementioned issues and the big investors like Ottman take legal action, the crew could be facing a major class action run by the whales on behalf of all ~2300 investors.
4. I believe that the viewership numbers are being heavily manipulated. The numbers being presented to investors don't seem to match any of the realtime metrics (ie. Number of people on the site, social media mentions, google trends, content interaction, etc.) it doesn't add up. If they get to a level where the show is being sold (like the propose in their investment video and documentation) these issues will come to light and completely frick the crew.
5. Shoddy legal guidance surrounding the show. I know Sam and Jet are probably exaggerating their interactions with their lawyers but if what they say has any modicum of truth about the legal framework and oversight that has gone into the show, they could be absolutely fricked if any of the effected parties (ie. Cast, crew, investors, neighbors, etc) decide to take legal action against them for a myriad of potential unforeseen issues/events.
TL;DR Jet is a moron and the amount of risk Sam has opened MDE up to liability wise with Fishtank could be the demise of the whole operation.
