>Good Hunting
It's rare that a show disregards a romance plot when I wanted there to be one. Last time I felt that feel was princess mononoke. That said, yeah shit was good.
I'm a sucker for Lovecraftian stuff, so IVHE is extremely neat, but really the whole thing is as bland as it could possibly be. Nothing new, just "oh im going insane" levels of memeing.
the secret war was pure fricking kino
The ritual part was kino af.
Bad Traveling is still sticking with me since it's premier so I have to say it's my favorite, but Aquila Rift was also really damn good. Night of the Mini Dead made me laugh the most.
Still have no idea what they were thinking with that awful 3 robots sequel. That one stuck with me as the go to for how not to write comedy.
Bad Travelling showed such a interesting protagonist. You end up wanting to know more about the guy, but then again maybe if you did it would spoil the whole thing in a weird way.
This. Badass concept and badass mechs. I could go for a farming simulator game like that. >farm crops in dome colony >every so often an alarm goes off and you have to rush to your barn to get mech >wipe out bug aliens while buddy plays tower defense in silo turret to back you up. >can add more players for different support roles

I made the wife watch that episode.
She thought it was live action with special effects.
Shouldn't have done that, as when she found out that it was all CGI, she refused to watch any more of the series because it creeped her out.
In retrospect, throwing her off the deep end was not the best idea to get her to watch the series.
I liked all of the episodes to varying degrees, except for Jibaro. But my favorites were Beyond the Aquila Rift, The Secret War, Suits, Pop Squad, The Tall Grass, Bad Traveling, and In Vaulted Halls Entombed

I think the 3 robots was honestly to give us a break. A cute little episode of funny robots breaking the tension of 9 heavy handed emotional dramas to come.
Sure, a break from drama, a break from comedy, a break from anything except watching three boring ass characters wander around and spit the screenwriters political hot takes that are also so ridiculously stupid they're impossible to take seriously. If you're not the one tiny ass sliver of humanity that enjoys having someone spew off their own agenda with for an extended period of time with nothing in between, this isn't for you.
Next time just do 10 minutes of static footage, it would hit better.
Sonnie's edge. First and best experience to LD&R. How did those clever blokes know I was into monster girls? What a dastardly lot!
Monster fricking aside, Ive enjoyed every episode outside of the hitler and yogurt episode. Its like everyone got the memo of what kind of show to craft, but the losers behind those two just disregarded it and tried to be lolsorandumb and wacky.
Beyond the Aquila Rift
The Witness
the one justifying global depopulation using an israeli bioweapon
Zima Blue, didn't care much for the rest.
Zima Blue has a message quite difficult to internalize, but anons keep saying that's midwits level of understanding/philosophy.
Sorry, I'm just a fricking normie.
Bad Traveling, and Beyond the Aquila Rift.
Special notice to Sonnie's Edge and Automated Customer Service.
Probably In Vaulted Halls Entombed. Good Hunting also rips surprisingly hard

I feel like Torrin, First Mate, and Silco from Arcane would be best friends.
Same vibe.
The Witness
the sexy spider one
actually enjoyed the giant one
only mention it because most people rate that as one of the worst
>Let's watch a giant corpse rot for a couple of months.
>Nothing else happens.
There is a reason people don't like it.
Swarm.
I love ants and sci fi.
I like the mini zombie one.
the farm mechs episode was pretty kino

The last one, I forget the name. Jibaro, something like that. A true piece of art among three seasons of mediocrity.

the secret war was pure fricking kino
the score was amazing too
I really liked this one, so much that I checked the studio and found out they are the ones who made this KINO intro
?t=49
Zima Blue.
Still would

Aquila Rift tbh, it's horrifying, but part of you realizes the creature was actually trying to help, and it's just kind of a mind bender
The Witness
Every last of them boils down to moronic NOOOO YOU'RE KILLING LE PLANET or NOOOO EBIL TRAD MEN LE BAD so none of them
