Randomly kills his sleeping brother for no reason, and the movie introduces teh world's most beautiful ginger boy, and do you think this is going to tug at his heart or something, maybe tempt him in some way from his path of not getting revenge? NO! It goes nowhere!
Things are added and go nowhere because its fricking brutal and his quest for revenge is the only thing that matters. It was definitely kino for what it was you've been tricked mmby kites into thinking it needs to be more or something
It's very much not brutal when he plays Barbarian Rugby for his bros and saves his bros life and then just kills him for no reason. He spends the ENTIRE MOVIE not getting revenge. It's not like Gladiator where he has to wait for a chance, he could have had him at any point. Instead he pretends to be a slasher movie villain.
