And Uncut Gems
Good Time completely mogs Uncut Gems in terms of anxious filmmaking
Still haven’t seen uncut gems but I remember enjoying Nightcrawler
Nightcrawler was kino
I liked Uncut Gems as well
this movie bored the shit out of me i kept expecting something crazy to happen but it just sort of ended my fault for buying the hype
i watch this movie pretty much every night
das boot stressed the living frick out of me straight up ass clenching for 3 and half hours and then straight up rips your heart out
i've wanted to watch this for a while. any links?
Knock Knock. It's the closest I've come to ever not finishing a movie.
are you serious?? IT WAS FREE FRICKING PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!!
Blue Ruin is by the same director and it's a great thriller
I’m going to watch this one tonight I’m officially a fan of this director and I hope he keeps pumping out kino.
Yes. Anton Yelchin gas the protag, imogen poots as cute as ever, Johnboy from Peaky blinders played the drummer in their band, Patrick Stewart played a skinhead. Nice creative casting that made the whole thing more believable and immersive.
Trapped in a metal tube deep below the ocean, hunted by a superior force… rather stressful
Lol I just finished episode 4 of this and was about to post it.
was this the one where they fed maeby from arrested development to dogs? yeah, I liked that one.
any hostage movie really. dog day afternoon comes to mind.
No Escape, excellent thriller with Owen Wilson
Was surprisingly good, def a modern gem
that scene you know which
I was drinking myself down from a little bit too much adderall the day before and my heart was literally pounding out of my chest the entire time after he does her
Blue Ruin if you haven't seen it. Also check out Before the Devil Knows You're Dead, and a german movie called Victoria (2015)
>still underrated
The trailer itself is a work of art
it's really not though, weird movie
Either woman or gay
sweat kino
such a good flick
best thriller
it's not really a thriller, amazing movie, though
>le anxiety. bruh I can hardly breathe!
have a nice day zoomer
I wanted to like green room but I thought the setup to get them trapped was fricking stupid. Plus there was like 6 people and one dude with a gun and the bar was crowded, one shot and everyone would be alerted and the cops would be called but ohhhh lets just sit still and fingerblast each other
The whole point was that it was in the middle of nowhere and i doubt gunshots are that uncommon im america
If they werent worried then why lock them up in the first place? They were just a random group that was leaving town anyway
They weren’t worried about anyone hearing the gunshots they were worried about the band calling the police and reporting a murder.
What the frick are you talking about you mouthbreathing moron? You have ti have genuine autism if you don't understand why they didn't shoot when there were still people there
Get some reading comprehension
They already thought the cops were coming.
By the time they knew it was a ruse, the place had been emptied. The only one that knew immediately what was up and could have warned them was blonde pixie-cut Imogen. How was she supposed to convince these strangers to bumrush a huge guy with a loaded gun?
Yes this movie fringed my nerves unlike any other movie
not sure why but it gave me alot of anxiety
I really liked Brandon Cronenberg’s movie possessor. It was a similar feeling of tension to green room in my opinion.
The Hunt 2012
