anything form Outer Limits or from sci-fi and fantasy series. There are lots of episodes, maybe someone will recall something of this genre and plot element.
I think there was an Outer Limits episode where some guy clones his wife and there was some turmoil but towards the end of the episode all variance has been settled and the guy has two wives? Or something like that. The clone of the wife becomes part of the marriage I guess is how I can explain.

this actress looks great, and the plot is great for what the film is even if it abruptly ends. But the quality online seems to be bad, have not found a good copy to view yet.

the problem is that if it is a porn or softporn film then this plot element would be thin, barely there and if its a mainstream film this plot element would have to be restrained properly as they cannot go fully into hardcore sex and even to imply too much sexual stuff.
But its very good as a plot element. It paralyzes all family members in a way and dominates them as individuals and as a collective.
