There's one funny moment in that episode, it's when they're riding on the wolf and Finn is trying to creep on FP but Cinnamon Bun is aware and looking over his shoulder and when he does Finn looks away. I explained that like shit but it was funny in the episode.
Everything else is fricking boring and ass, much worse episode that deserves hate more than Frost and Fire does.
I knew what you meant. There are a few other funny moments imo, like the flame dude asking for help with his microwave, Flame King's shakespearean aside, and some of the silly visual gags like when the flame guards capture Finn/FP and gently lay their arms on them, or Flame King somehow punching Don John despite being several feet away. Xaya's odd visual gags are hit and miss, but I liked them in this episode. The downplayed nature of the conflict is part of the joke, it's like a bad theatrical play, in a good way. It's a solid episode, like 6/10.
I don't actively *hate* any adventure time episode honestly. My least faves are the ones that are just boring, like Sad Face, Chips and Ice Cream, or Fionna and Cake and Fionna. This one has a fair bit going on and is decently funny.

The fact he was also reclusive meant he wouldn't have wanted to hire many people, his wife (assumingly HW equivalent) was probably one of the only people he opened up to. Meanwhile Ooo Finn is constantly travelling and having jolly adventures, which makes it harder to settle down and have a bunch of kids yet. For all we know he does have kids with HW, but I doubt a lot of them.
