Have you not watched the show? As Spies the girls were always super competent. That they're all dumb shallow prostitutes otherwise is what makes the show fun.

Wrong, they were ridiculously good at combat and everything else physical. They were also good with acting and as good as you really can be with instant infiltration. But they were also juvenile thots and made mistakes in connection with that, like letting people trick them, becoming distracted or not being careful around dangerous items. Also Sam was both.

Fictional character doesn't necessary age like normal people (like Mickey Mouse or Bugs Bunny), but time still pass for EVERYONE. We knew the girls in high school, then they went to college. Time passes for them, so they can't avoid the girls will eventually grow up into adult women.
Besides, do you remember the episode where they traveled to the future? The date in "Mandy Hills" was 2025, and we are very close to that date now.
