For those of you still reading ongoing Marvel and DC comics, do you have any hopes for GOOD comics out of the big two in the near future?

homie it happened today
I checked out the thread. Looks like crap, son.
People are flipping out over a who-cares reveal.
Which one?
The new one coming out.
Which one? What is it called?
A man of few words.
SUICIDE SQUAD: DREAM TEAM, coming out in March 2024.
moronic contrarian
The new Suicide Squad book looks nice.
Nobody?
who wants to engage when you'll just shit on anything posted
I won't shit on just anything, especially not if it looks good.
JMD is doing another Spider-Man mini
For Spider-Man to get a good comic these days is a miracle, even with one of the character's top writers. Who's drawing?
If Namor buying a Hollywood studio in order to trick a broke Fantastic Four into filming a movie so he can send them into separate death traps falls into your definition of "GOOD comics", then yes. Even if the world never sees a talent like Jack Kirby again, as long as they keep giving people the chance to try someone will eventually make something enjoyable.
No thanks.
rafael grampa's batman book is cool
also greg smallwood is working on some cape book i forgot that will be great
Hopefully it's not with Tom King or a similar hack.
It does look good, but I fear this is going to be the same deal as the DWJ and Tradd Moore comics in which the art is crazy and cool, but the writing is weak.
I noticed Grampa used pic related for the very first panel. He even gave de Crecy credit within the environment.
The panel in question.
I wonder how many more easter eggs there are.
I have not lost the ability to enjoy things, so yes. Same can’t really be said of most people frequenting this shithole.
The problem with this board is the all-or-nothing mentality.
A little criticism, and people assume you hate absolutely everything.
no, unless we got some good editors
Not likely to happen.
