Here's a harsh truth.
Literally no one cared about 616 Punisher in years. At best there was a brief resuscitation of interest with Rucka's run which I thought was "meh" but it was well-liked enough and then when it ended it was back to "nobody cares" land for Frank.
And yes, nobody expects this guy to be forced down everyone's throat like Miles is. I'd be shocked if he survives or doesn't become another Stuart Clarke/Microchip in a year. Giving him two years tops in fact.
