I knew it wouldn't be good when I saw anons hyping it up before it aired, but didn't hate it. Actually I wish that the episode was about the spell-cuck and king plot instead of those random advertisements.
Didn't really hate it, it just bored me a lot. Anons were angry about the Zapp episode but I enjoyed that. Think they could have done way more with an anthology episode.
Yeah. Though I don't completely hate the season. I admit that I somewhat enjoyed the first few episodes, the Zapp and the Momazon episode, even when some of them had a great start but weaker development, like the binge watching story with Fry.
Think the episodes I genuinely disliked were the new one, the Nibbler episode (but I never like Nibbler stuff), Bitcoin shit and the Covid episode.
Seems like they just wanted to experiment, or had some episode ideas they couldn't flesh out and decided to trim them down for a three shorts format. Either way, got a few chuckles from me.
only watched it today. saw a few posts in archived threads calling it the "worst futurama episode ever", which is a far overstatement. it wasn't great, wasn't really even good, it was just boring despite being surreal at the same time. ended up feeling like I was watching a legitimate advertisement instead of entertainment at points
I watched it today as well and just like you I looked for the archieved thread in tbh and read those posts. Agree with your opinion. Rather boring and felt like legit ads on a tv than an episode, which was quite a disappointment.
It's always been a cool car. As a kid I had a VW bug alarm clock.
When they started releasing the new bugs though, I definitely remember seeing news articles about it being the most popular car for gay men.
Must have been quirky and fun at the time with all the sparkly new nail polish colors taking off.
It was fine. I was really surprised with how much pushback this episode had, mainly because wahh Leela cucked Fry.

yeah these new episodes have mainly just had horrible pacing and shitty jokes.

AI generated episode.

Another Anthology of Interest?

I don't care how many threads you guys post I'm not watching this zombie season
Good, now keep it to yourself.
no, instead of watching 23 minutes of a new futurama I'm gonna shitpost in these threads for 23 minutes
It's nice that you can lead such a fulfilling life, finding pleasure in being angry.
>getting offended by obvious trolling
what do you write for this show or something
Relax, it was just a snarky remark.
I respect that

When I was a kid, I was obsessed with VW Beetles.
Wasn't it supposedly the most popular car for gay men to own in the late 90s through mid 2000s?
Only if it's electric.
It was really popular in my country; they manufactured it until 20 years ago.

I'm not seeing a bug here, anon.
Sure.
