“I Know What You Did Last Xmas,”
“Parasites Regained,”
“All The Way Down.”
This looks like an episode list made in 2021 and probably the same bland comedy that comes from it too. This feels like the continuance of Animaniacs that hulu revived back in 2020. Less about the comedy, more about the "X is bad"
Why can't they just make new stuff instead of reviving series?
Can't wait for the covid episode it'll be just as funny as the rest of the incredibly dated topical thing episodes. Appreciating the irony of a show set in the future being years behind in subject matter.
I hope they tone down on the whole "we're being topical but in the year 3023 instead of 2023" gimmick. Yeah, topical jokes are funny but they become dated quick. Some of the best Futurama episodes are timeless and dont have jokes about current events.
Yeah, a big part of why I loved classic Futurama so much is because it felt like they had genuine fun coming up with creative over the top sci-fi conflicts.
But I'm less than excited over another satire on cancel culture.
>Yeah, topical jokes are funny but they become dated quick.
They can be but I find most of the time they aren't. Usually it is just joke I have already heard 1000 times already or a weak joke that I find myself rolling my eyes at.
No.
Some of the writers they brought on raise some red flags.
The relaunch after the movies had a few good episodes, but was mostly meh with some absolute god awful episodes.
Finally the list of episode titles alone shows it will be le topical shit.
Most of those godawful episodes were the topical ones, and they seem to be doubling down hard on that. I’m just hoping for one good episode out of this.
It adds MRNA to your cells causing them to produce a protein which is part of the covid virus. The protein is known to cause an inflammatory reaction, and the MRNA doesn't stay at the injection site like the pharma companies claimed it would; it's being found in the brain, liver, heart, all places you don't really want inflammation (Leads to cell death and tissue damage).
i hope they did an episode about guys that bring back stuff based on nostalgia and its never as good as the previous iteration but the company is too chicken shit to attempt anything new.
we're boned
Specify?
no
yes
maybe
I don't know, can you repeat the question?
so the leaked episode titles were real?

grim
There's only two episodes that are explicitly current-event oriented.
>“Parasites Regained,”
Why is nobody talking about this one?
Because we have no faith that they will do anything good with the concept.

Frick, I take it all back I’m fine with a never ending loop, as long as this never exists.
not enough fry
>hehe weren't covid tests really annoying to do, amiright guys
God just kill me
>a covid test was forced on me while I was at a hospital and when I brought it up "lol what covid test?"
Frick the real world
Hoe you avoided the jab at least
I'm hyped. I really want to know what's going on with the time jump.
same, been watching the newer seasons I missed to catch up. favorite season(s)?
Season 4 has a lot of gems.
Same. That's pretty much the only episode I care about too. Everything else is being approached with caution.
I hope Fry and Leela retain their marriage and memories of their time in frozen time.
Considering they seem to be moving into an apartment together, they could be.
That's the hope. It's just a question whether Fry and Leela are engaged, married, or friends with benefits.

I'm hoping it's more background jokes and less Rockos Modern Life netflix special tier

Name them
I hope for more Amy
hey its that show that has characters saying stuff that doesnt suit their character at all half the time, but it made a funny joke so.
I was surprised that I liked the trailer

Seriously? He was established as wanting to be a folk singer since episode two.
good catch
>don't the effects go away for said inflammation go away in time?
Your cells have been reprogrammed to continue producing the protein, so no.
>implying
I mean, I'm not surprised that Americans are actually THAT dumb, but jesus fricking christ are you dumb.
Hey, dumbass: if it permanently reprogrammed your cells, it wouldn't require more shots of the same thing every few months.
Dumbass.
mRNA isnt DNA.
Shit, I still haven't got arounf to watching all the episodes from the last time this show came back.
lol
Why would Nibbler just eat someone's Dog though? They better have a good explination.
His people are gluttons. They always have been.
why is nibbler a pet again? they really fricked everything up with that time travel movie.
Because he likes it
Nibbler's "cuter that way".
