Hoster Tully kinda did, although Lysa still hates him for tricking her into aborting Littlefingers kid and he feels bad about it. Still he died surrounded by two of his kids just before the war starts up.

Then to add insult to injury he gives his best friend a duty that leads to his execution. He was a failure in every way that counts.

He was just sad his oneitis died, and sees Rhaegar as a villain whose only goal was to steal her from him which he succeeded at with her death. Their is possible metric where Rhaegar came out the winner compared to Robert.
Who gives a shit? Neither of them got to truly be with her. Rhaegar died without ever meeting his son and with his other two kids getting brutally murdered, ruining the prophecy that was the entire reason he fricked Lyanna in the first place. Robert gets to eat and prostitute with the bittersweet memory (more idea) of the girl he tried to rescue but was killed by his mortal enemy he defeated and whose dynasty he overthrew.
