Stunt casting is never going to go away when you have news outlets referring to movies as a random celebrity's. Pratt's not even a producer on this movie. He might have some say, but I doubt he had much influence on the story or visual style.
They've been coming back for a while now. Look up Outright Games or the majority of Microids' lineup.
Game Movie Adaptations are Improving
Yea I loved when they turned Princess Peach from a soft-spoken leader who is still capable when necessary into some epic c**ty looking hardass because people in here in the US have no idea what a balanced female character is anymore. But it was all animated and didn't have any real humans in it so that means it was a perfect film.
Yeah maybe it wasn't surprising to see a game-movie tie-in in 2006 but in 2023 it's kind of a throwback.
There was a time when most movies and especially kids movies had a terrible vidya tie-in. Then game production costs rose and mobile games became way more profitable so they went extinct. Kinda like how Hollywood blockbusters used to get Saturday morning animated cartoons (Men in Black, Zorro, Evolution, The Mummy) and now that just isn't a thing anymore
There is already a Garfield Kart game

it's the ugly pupils. I've hated them from the moment they revealed this new garfield design
That's good news in an era where licensed games are nonexistent and were replaced with mobile games.

Licensed movie games were always fun to rent for a week. Some were so bad they were funny, and some were surprisingly competent.
>Shit tie-in games for kids movies are back
Nature is healing
Yes
Is it going to be an enhanced remake of this kino?
God, I want to frick Nermal! <3<3<3
To be honest I kinda miss licensed games. Yeah, most were mediocre, but some of them has a lot of charm.
When will looney tunes licensed games come back? Those were always peak gaming.
>movie is getting a game!!!!
What planet do you live on that that comes as a surprise to you?
