problem with the theory is that the ages don't match up and F90 Fastest Formula showed us what he looked like before The Incident. He's the guy with the moustache on the left
This is partially going off of headcanon and some details from Unicorn and F91 but the flashback of a young Berah and Dorel showed Carozzo with the same hair color as Dorel, not to mention build fighters cameo of the Ronah family showing Carozzo with a much clearer image with the same hair color. That official artwork does contradict what was shown in F91.
As for personal headcanon/some evidence, Angelo hated his face and features. A possible mental effect of being used as a sex worker, but he obviously had developed an extreme self-loathing of himself. I could definitely see him having himself surgically altered to look different and finding a way into the Ronah family through political/social connections. After getting cucked, that same inferiority complex might have kicked in again and he may have just wanted to get rid of his identity as a whole and to hide himself behind a mask of shame/conviction. It does beg the question of where Dorel came from though since he was not sired from Nadia and was adopted into the family after Carozzo and Nadia married.
