That way, banks can give preferential financing to projects that further gay/poc/femoid/and environmental agendas.

Note that such a system only has to exist separate from credit ratings because they know wokeshit isn't inherently profitable. But they can use social pressure to shame any company that doesn't participate. Once all the major players are on board, smaller companies that would otherwise object because of their own ideological opposition can't compete for lack of financing. Lots of other stuff factors into this, like low interest rates, and whether streaming services have to publically publish how much people actually watch the shows they produce (they don't). That was a major issue in the writer's strike, because in order to properly pay writers residuals on shows, streaming companies would have to publically reveal what shows are profitable.
