Just finished the episode. Without the bs like opening and credits, the episodes lasts less than 30 minutes, I was afraid but actually it was pretty enjoyable and the end follows the season.

She isn't learning shit. She literally does it all on the first try and they keep adding more and more variations on her powers. I wouldn't be surprised if they have her control peoples bodies with her power next season. The homelander thing is somewhat plausible but I find it doubtful because in season 2 he was worried that his laser would kill Stormfront, which tells me he doesn't have much control over the intensity at all. and the others were pumping her up and saying that blast would have killed any of the rest of them.
