Can't remember if they won or not but many human worlds under the subjugation of an alien race called the Magog. The show has nothing to do with porn.
Yeah, but the Lexa Doig woman was pretty hot. I think she was also in the Jason X movie, the movie where he was on a spaceship. coomers are probably just your run of the mill Game of thrones fanatic who can't watch a t.v. show unless there is a sex scene of some sort.
Should also add that I only pay attention to Game of Thrones because of the battle scenes and medieval combat. I don't really care about the sex scenes.

It's an average UPN show. If you can enjoy the DC TV shows you can handle Andromeda. How involved was Rodenberry? Anon, he was fricking dead. Andromeda was pulled from his notes after his death and auctioned off. Is it worth watching? Well, yeah. It's your typical "not Star Trek" TV show that was basically just Star Trek with a twist that you would see every so often in the 90's-2000's. It's got that cheap, clearly made for nerds vibe that all those shows had, but for reasons Andromeda has that extra splash of 90's excess.
First 2 or 3 seasons are okay. Then something happened and Sorbo kicked out the writers and it got really bad.
Then Sorbo took full direct control over it and turned S5 into Hercules in Space and it was frickign awesome.

First 4 seasons are peak comfy. It's based on some unpublished work that his wife sold to the studio after his death.
The ship design is really cool. But the show becomes lame as soon as the intro finishes.
