I think the big difference is Zach was actually part of the big online animation scene of the 2000s/2010s and had networked with them long enough to form meaningful friendships while Vivzie just sort of showed up one day on that scene and was only in it for a few years before the Hazbin pilot
she kept some of them, it's pretty normal to drop some VA from the pilot because pilot is not final product, almost every show does it
also they all got opportunities to apply for the role again, they all had auditions
Also, I don't think it's for talent because some kid who's never got a role before is doing the gay spider voice, one of the most "dramatic" characters
Most shows I know of usually only drop like one cast member and it’s usually because they ended up signing on something else. It’s a little strange to completely clean house for a public pilot
